Course Description:
High School Math Live Algebra II uses the Intermediate Algebra textbook by Lial, Hornsby & McGinnis. It is designed to give students a rigorous foundation to prepare for Pre-Calculus. Topics include real numbers; the straight line; systems of linear equations; linear equations and inequalities; exponents and polynomials; rational expressions; roots and radicals; quadratic equations and inequalities; inverse, exponential, and logarithmic functions; nonlinear functions and conic sections; and sequences and series.
